Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig September. 21 in 1983) is a well-known American actor. She is most famously known for her role played Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost TV show as well as Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington in Ohio. Being part of the Gyllenhaal Family, she is the daughter and elder sister of the actor Jake Gyllenhaal. As a teenager, she played small parts in her father's movies and co-starred with her older sister in Donnie Darko which is a cult classic. The next film she appeared in was Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind as well as Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal received critical acclaim for her performance as a lead character actress in Secretary (2002) as well as in Sherrybaby (2006), the erotic drama about romance as well as Sherrybaby (2006).
